The Brixton PF10 forged wheel is a mixture of a split 5-spoke and a mesh design. It is milled from aerospace-grade aluminum, the forged 6061-T6. The Brixton Forged 1-Piece Ultrasport+ Series is the definition of lightweight forged wheels

 

Each wheel set is tailored to be the most optimal combination of lightweight forging profiles and surface milling features, with the deepest concave possible. The ultralow weight results in even better driving and handling of your car. It increases dynamic cornering response, acceleration, and decreases overall stopping distances.

 

Every 1-piece Ultrasport+ Series wheel set is individually designed and engineered specifically for each client’s performance supercar, sedan, truck, or SUV. This ensures that every set has the best possible fitment, concavity, and performance for your driving style. Please specify if you will be using the wheels on road and/or for track use. Each wheel set is built from scratch specifically for your vehicle and driving needs.

PF7

Like many modern performance-oriented wheels, the PF7 feature backed pocketing which helps save weight with compromising strength. 

 

The two and three-piece versions of the PF7 wheel use full titanium hardware for excellent strength and longevity, plus titanium hardware is significantly lighter than stainless steel hardware. The three-piece version of the PF7 has floating spoke ends, a design feature that has become extremely popular with high-end cars. The entire wheel is made from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum which reduces weight further and provides great strength.

 

The actual design of the wheel is something like a split five-spoke, but with a little bit of flare thrown into the mix. It’s a design that could look good on pretty much any vehicle. Available sizes range from 18” to 24” depending on the variant of the wheel (one piece, two piece, three piece). Widths range from 6” to 16”. These wheels are bespoke, meaning they are available in any lug pattern or offset, allowing you to have a wheel tailored to your exact vehicle and style.

DYMAG™ Boxstrom BX-F Carbon Fiber Barrel. Designed for the true enthusiast, the Brixton Forged Carbon+ Series utilizes the highest quality APP 6061-T6 aerospace-grade forged aluminum faces combined with the ultralight Dymag Boxstrom BX-F carbon fiber barrel and RAU Titanium assembly hardware.

 

Typically 25% lighter than its aluminum counterpart, the Carbon+ Series provides the versatility of a multi-piece wheel while remaining the lightest weight, track ready wheel in our lineup; specifically designed and tested for super-cars and track-vehicles alike.

 

Weight Comparison:

Striving for ever-higher levels of acceleration, braking and handling, but always with safety and durability at the core, Dymag carbon barrels are up to 40% lighter than cast and 20% lighter than forged aluminum.

 

All wheels are subjected to the most rigorous and demanding world-wide physical test standards, supporting our advanced design and FEA techniques and fully meeting worldwide safety standards including TÜV / SAE / JWL / VIA.

 

PF4

Quality begins at the foundation of every product; a strong foundation is the basis for a quality result. Locally sourced and forged, we utilize APP raw forgings throughout the full line of our forged production.


APP aluminum forgings are made with extreme pressure and temperatures to create a high-integrity, multi-directional grain structure. The aluminum remains solid throughout the process as the forging dies press the aluminum into the cylindrical shape of a wheel. The forging is then spun to create the rim section and the resulting radial grain direction places the highest material strength in the same direction as the operating loads. The result is premium strength. 

 

APP Aerospace Grade 6061-T6 aluminum forgings guarantee the highest quality and predicable grain structure and are TUV and AS9100-C certified. The result is a superior foundation guaranteed to last, and a trustworthy, high-performing product that meets the highest standards of our team.

BRIXTON FORGED AEROTECH™

Designed for the true super-car enthusiast, the Brixton Forged Aerotech Series utilizes the highest quality APP 6061-T6 Aerospace grade forged aluminum faces and rim halves, combined with a directionally vented flange, and polycarbonate branded aerotech disc; working together to create layers of complex design.

The Aerotech Series is a modular wheel, specifically designed for those that want to take their vehicle to the next level in terms of style and design.

The Duo Series features a lightweight mono-center profile which are designed to increase dynamic cornering response, acceleration, and decrease overall stopping distance. Each 2-piece Duo Series model is individually designed and engineered specifically for performance supercars, sedans and SUVs.

3-Piece Targa Series

The Brixton Forged Targa Series combines the technical engineering of our lightweight UltraSport+ Series with a 3-piece deep concave construction. The Targa Series features weight reduction floated spoke ends, lightweight step lip rim halves and backpad pocketing; all of which are designed to increase dynamic cornering response, acceleration, and decrease overall stopping distance.
