My original 8.4” radio screen stopped working and I was looking around to get it repaired, low and behold I went down a rabbit hole of Ram truck forums and realized I can upgrade my current radio to one that’s apple carplay compatibl. After doing my research I decided to pull the trigger on this UAQ upgrade as it came with apple Carplay and navigation and it was most fair in terms of price. Unit arrived in good condition and with installation guide. Im not the most handy person but after a good afternoon of fiddling around I was able to get this thing installed. One thing to look out for are those da** clips gotta be gentle with them so you don’t snap any of them off. But other than that it was pretty straight forward. Happy with my purchase and I am now enjoying apple carplay and navigation. Cheers!

I have 2016 Ram ST base model and was debating for awhile to change my truck since I didnt have the options that the higher trim models have. I was referred by a friend who had purchased from carplaynav, at first I was skeptical since there weren’t much reviews in the website, but their prices are a lot more favorable than other companies that sell similar products, not to mention they sell in Canadian dollars, saved an arm and a leg due to currency exchange and didnt have to pay sales tax.
